well… yesterday’s training plans got cancelled due to exhaustion. Nightshift will do that to ya after a while.
Today i went and trained legs though, and it was pretty good. I’m a little ashamed to admit that once i looked at my card, i realised that this is only the 2nd time i’ve managed to train legs on this 6 week program (which is almost over). I guess I’ll keep the same legs program for next month seeing as I’ve hardly used it. I pushed out some good numbers today anyway, so i was pretty happy.
Today i’m having my cheat day which means I’m about to go get a (small) pizza and a can of coke. Horrible amount of calories from bad fats and sugars, but what the hell, i’ve been pretty good all week! Also I’m gonna go out drinking later. You gotta live.
Depending on how hungover I am tomorrow, i plan to go in and do some chest stuff in the afternoon. Then I plan to go and train chest AGAIN on Monday.
Perhaps some extra fat burning work as well, after this evening’s endulgances!
