Personal Training and Coaching Via EmailWell it’s been a long time between posts here, but I’ve not been lazy or idle.

I’ve been working on a brand new Online Personal Training / Weight Loss Coaching Via Email program, and it is coming together quite nicely thank you very much!

I’m going to launch this officially in the first week of January 2012. It’s going to be awesome, it’s going to deliver great results as you would expect from me, and it is going to be VERY affordable as well.

Here’s what’s in the program.
