time for a new program

Well this turned out to be a pretty good week of training.

Chest twice, legs twice (if you count last saturday as “this week”) and arms tonight at Collins Street with one of my friends from work. Tonight was pretty good and training with someone of similar strength is a lot of fun. I asked the cute girl with the tattoos if they could play some ManOwaR or something, but sadly it wasn’t possible! Still, it’s cool enough that she knew who ManOwaR are. Is.

Anyway tomorrow i will start writing my new program. It will be similar to this one, but i’ll swap a few exercises around and will get rid of the low-rep stuff and focus soley on hypertrophy & endurance. As previously mentioned I will be trying to work hardest on my weakest parts, which is forearms, traps and rear delts. I will hit all those suckers hard!

I’m working all weekend, so no more training until Monday night, unless you count stair patrols as training (which i kind of do). Oh also i forgot to mention doing a pretty good boxing workout on Wednesday. I need to do that more often because it rules.
