Looks like i slacked off a bit on the updates. This week I’ve trained pretty well at chest, back, shoulders and arms. I had thursday and friday off training, and did arms yesterday. Today I just slept.
I’ve been missing legs a bit too much lately so I might have to start a new rule that i train everything before i start over again.
I bought all my supplements during the week and i will be starting on them tomorrow, and training chest in the evening.
Have been a little bit bad at failing to resist the biscuits & snack machines etc at work. I’ll get stricter again from now on and stay off all the junk.
That’s everything i can think of for now. Almost meal time too.
