So, I have been a bit preoccupied with other matters and am only averaging 1 update every… well, it’s just over a month since the last one, innit?
Stay tuned though I have some stuff in the works. Namely my new “NO BULLSHIT, NO EXCUSES” program which I should (hopefully) unveil within the next few weeks. This is going to be all about what people REALLY want, which is to look nicer. Right? We can talk about functional fitness and core strength and cardiovascular health but lets be honest… really we all just want to be able to take our shirt off at the pool and not feel embarrassed, am I right?
Don’t get me wrong all that other stuff is important and you’re going to get all of those benefits out of the program but the idea here is… lets focus on what we actually want on an emotional level, rather than what we feel we SHOULD care about, on an intellectual level.
So anyway. I wrote up a nutrition and exercise program for a nice girl a few months ago, and she got great results and wrote me a very nice testimonial that I’m about to put up on the site. I remember before I even thought about writing the program, I layed down the law demanding to know “do you promise to follow my advice EVEN IF IT IS THE OPPOSITE OF EVERYTHING YOU EXPECT ME TO SAY?”… the response was in the affirmative, so we went on from there and everyone was happy. In all cases, the difference between great results and no results is real simple; IF YOU DO WHAT I TELL YOU, you will get great results.
So, the new “No Bullshit, No Excuses” program will based pretty closely on the program that worked so well for this lady, with a lot of straight talk, cold facts, and no fads diets, bro-science or bullshit. But don’t stress. When you cut through all the bullshit and just use what works, it’s actually not so difficult to be successful. The fad diets and bro-science out there just over complicates things, makes it all too difficult, and doesn’t work anyway even if you do manage to force yourself to stick to it.
This program is all about being happy and looking and feeling your best. You don’t have to eat stuff that you don’t like, you don’t even have to cut out anything that you do like, and the exercise is actually enjoyable, not torturous.
