Well! I think i must have gotten the supplements right because I have done a couple of mega workouts in the past 2 days, which energy to burn. Feeling really good too!

Chest was yesterday and I pushed out my best numbers to date, and exceeded my expectations as far as rep range goes as well. Once i started to get fatigued I took some creatine and then i was good to go again.

Great pump and really feeling it tonight, a lot more than usual.

Tonight was back and that was a good workout as well, although I’m not really as happy with my choice of exercises as i am for other muscle groups.

As well as the other stuff i posted about, i forgot to mention that i’ve also been hitting the Cytosport protien drinks, which are REALLY nice! Getting a fuckload of protien lately from my supplements + good nutrition.

That’s all for now. Tomorrow is shoulders, and then back to nightshift.
