I have a lot of friends out there on the far side of town or out in internet land around the world who are kind enough to ask me for tips and advice on getting better results with their efforts to get into shape. I know there’s a lot of people out there who really badly want to take action and create a better life through better health, but just don’t know where to start. Also there’s a lot of people out there trying really hard but not getting the results that they deserve.
Recently I’ve been helping a few of my not-so-local friends with diet and exercise plans, and so far I’m getting great feedback from some happy people who are achieving their desired result of reduced body fat and improved muscle tone, all without resorting to starvation diets! Just like my clients at the gym in Brunswick, I might add! So, I was think about how I could help even more people with even better information, and for the past few weeks I’ve been putting it all together in the form of my new Online Personal Training Packages, which will be available to all of you nice people very soon indeed.
To summarise what I’ve been working on, the programs will include the following:
- Movement based training programs, for home or gym use.
- Vegetarian or non-vegetarian meal planning.
- On going exercise and nutritional education.
- Video exercise instruction and demonstration.
I’ll soon be offering the DHPT Hardcore Holistic Program for weight loss and general well being, as well as the DHPT Progressive Power Program for those wanting to build some hard toned muscles. Whether you have a gym membership already, or you just want to exercise at home without spending a lot of money, if you follow these programs you WILL achieve your goal.
