so i am back on nightshift which makes things a little bit different. I got up pretty early for no real reason and got stuck into some work around the house.
Trained shoulders at about 1pm which is earlier than usual, but it gave me a chance to get a couple of hours sleep before work. Did a pretty damn good workout, and i switched the order around a little so i could hit my traps hard early on. I think I will keep some trap work early in my next shoulders program as well, because traps is one of my target areas for the next month.
For food it was special k, then a shake, then training, then rice cakes with jam after & another shake after training… sleep and then a heap of french toast before work. I had to take my 2nd lot of No2 Black pills before the french toast (after training) which may or may not make a difference, I’m not sure.
Chest is STILL way pumped and pretty tender from Monday’s epic workout, and I have another chest session booked for Friday with a friend from work. This is part of my plan to really hit chest hard and shock the pecs into some major growth.
