It’s been a while between updates here, but I haven’t been lazy! I’ve posted a couple of new articles online, and most of all I’ve been training like mad AND I’m seeing results.
So far this week I have trained chest and back, and seen some significant increases in my lifts which I am hoping will continue today when I hit the gym for my shoulders workout. Shoulders is starting to become my favourite day, so I’ll be extra enthusiastic to see my progress continuing and hopefully I’ll set a new benchmark today.
As well as seeing good results with my weight training, I’ve also been sticking with my plan of jogging every second day and I’m already noticing improved performance, and I think next week I will have to make the course a little longer. My running style is still not very good, but it’s getting a little better. Between the jogging in the morning and some boxing in the evening, I’m also seeing some results in the mirror, looking a bit more lean around the midsection in particular.
I’ve already got plan in mind for next month which will hopefully lead to further strength gains and I think I will soon be in better shape than ever before.
