So this has been the best week in a while, where i made it into gym 5 days straight, went for a good walk yesterday and even managed some interval training today. Oh also there’s 3 lots of patrols up and down the firestairs here at work, which is a bonus.
It’d been a while with the holiday season and all, since I made it to gym every day and especially trained legs. It’ll all be back to normal from here though.
I’ve decided I’ll get in at least a walk every day (on non work days) as well as gym. Either a walk, or preferably some interval training followed by a walk. Also will keep trying swimming while the weather is good. I’m sticking to my resolution of finally getting my lungs into shape.
I have the next two nights off so that will make it easy to keep up with the new stuff + gym in the evenings.
This weekend there’ll be something new. We’re going hiking. I’m starting to pack more and more in and loving it.
Also i’ll be hosting my 2nd vegetarian bbq at my place, which proves you CAN entertain / socialise and still not completely blow your nutrition. Although I do tend to consider this my cheat day and make some stuff like bbqed potato chips that I would not usually eat. Still it’s a pretty healthy cheat day.
Now back to work…
