I have a couple specific places in my schedule that I want to fill up, so here’s how we’ll roll this month. Great results don’t come from “working out” once or twice a week, they come from training strategically towards your goal. As always, this month’s specials are all about making it easy and affordable to achieve your goal by training five (or more) days a week.
