I dunno if anyone is actually following this thing on a regular basis, but if you are i apogolise for the lack of updates recently.
anyway i’m now back in good health again and have been training harder than ever. Really starting to be happy with the results I’m getting, although there’s always room for more improvement.
My current program is working out nicely and i think i’m seeing results in all my targetted areas. Next month i’m thinking of going back to one of my old programs where I just start out with heavy lifting (with no pre-fatigue) to see how much I can lift. A bit of ego training is ok in moderation!
