well! I missed an update yesterday so i will squeeze two updates into the one post.
Today was one of those days where i wasn’t going to train, because i was feeling a little under the weather with a bit of a sniffle. But then I got bored, so i put on music to get fired up, drank my black powder and headed off to train shoulders.
Shoulders is a fun workout and I managed to push some good numbers tonight, either going a little heavier than last week or managing an extra rep (or both), so I was pretty happy with that. I have some sort of stability issue with my left shoulder that I think is to do with the middle delt where it inserts, but I could be wrong. Anyway I have been doing some rotator cuff work to try and improve the stability. Also I’ve decided my traps are not big enough so I’m trying to improve those a bit too!
Back day yesterday went pretty well too. I can’t remember too much about that right now!
Tomorrow is a rest day, but I’ll get off the tram a couple of stops early on the way home from work to get some walking in. Also I’ll try to get some stair climbing in during the day at work.
Having the night off gym SHOULD mean i get a chance to post the details of my back & shoulder workouts as well.
