a while between updates…

a while between updates…

well i’ve been training hard in various places with various people as well as on my own a lot of the time, and having fun and getting results.

today was arms. I went pretty well although i ran out of time at the end and had to miss my super drop sets. I think i had a pretty good pump anyway so it is all good.

Today was my first day since running out of MRI Black Powder so i felt like i didn’t quite have the same focus that I usually have. Although, i was out late + drinking the night before, so that quite possibly has a lot to do with it as well! I’m thinking I’ll stay off the supplements for a while and just use up the creatine I have, and see how i go. Of course i’ll still take my dymatize whey protien too.

Tonight i baked some protien bars which i think have turned out pretty well and will be perfect for morning / arvo breaks at work this week. I’ve actually dropped down to 71.2 kilos, although i think my arms and shoulders and chest look bigger. They look bigger but my measurements are unchanged… so i dunno what is up with that. Maybe i just lost a bit of size around the waist. I do think i’ve made some progress on my target areas (traps, rear delts & forearms) anyway.

I’m due for a new program at the end of the week so lets wait and see what i come up with this time!
