- Strength Training;
Pick up something heavy, put it down again, pick it up again!
This is the best fun ever and it’s going to give you those firm, toned muscles everyone wants. - Boxing & Kickboxing;
This is ALSO the best fun ever, and pretty hard to beat as a cardiovascular work out.
Trust me you are going to LOVE this, a lot more than running on a treadmill. - Human Movement:
Too much seated work leaves a lot of people tightened up, inflexible and unable to move through a full range of motion like a human being should. Well, we’re going to fix that with a heap of bodyweight resistance & callisthenic exercises, and some targeted stretching.
Whoa I just got a bit technical there didn’t I? Don’t worry, this stuff is the best fun ever! - Circuit & Interval Training;
Imagine a combination of everything I already talked about – full body, muscle building, calorie burning, fat blasting fun time!
In fact I’ll go so far as to say that this stuff is the best… fun… ever! - Stretching and Flexibility, Postural Correction;
A bit like I talked about in Human Movement above, we’ll get those muscles nice and flexible, and get you standing up straight, tall and proud.
This is nice and relaxing way to finish a good work out. - Meal Planning;
