My special area of interest is in working with female athletes and otherwise active people with a serious interest in training for best performance and physical condition, who are in recovery from and have concern with avoiding relapse of eating disorder and need to be kept safe from destructive approaches based on “clean eating” or calorie restriction.
Also, beginners or anyone else who’d like to get out of restrictive, crash dieting and into more serious and productive training for on-going results.
If you want to perform, recover and adapt to training with your leanest and most athletic condition, you need to be fueled UP for best results, and not restricting on anything. Locals have the unique opportunity to work with me in person at one of the world’s great gyms, following a custom version of my innovative system that has produced unmatched results for my clients from all around the world.
You’ve come to the right place, if:
- You’re specifically looking for an IIFYM / Flexible Dieting based approach, and you’ve heard that mine is the best around.
- You’re enthusiastic to train at least four days per week in the gym, plus other activity two days per week if possible.
Even god rested on the seventh day.
- Or, you’re looking to add strength training to complement your sports training.
- Especially if you really want to train seriously but you are concerned about relapse avoidance and don’t want to be forced onto a restrictive, low carb or low calorie approach by some idiot.
- Vegetarian or vegan is no problem, either.
Please be aware that membership (or a casual fee each visit) at Doherty’s is required and this is separate to my Personal Training fee.

Currently I have sessions available at 10am & 3pm that I’d like to fill. Exclusively for extra enthusiastic, extra serious people really looking to dial in their Custom Flexible Fueling Strategy and step it up with consistent attendance at training.
Default package as follows:
- Custom Flexible Fueling Strategy.
- 8 week minimum, with fortnightly payments via direct debit.
- 2 x PT sessions per week.
- All features of my Online Coaching system as used by my clients all around the world.

A fee of $50 via paypal now applies for in person consultations, but will be deducted from your initial payment when you start PT.
