Make DHPT at Doherty’s Gym your first choice in achieving your health & fitness goals.
Prices and Packages:
Single Session: $100
A single, extra long one hour session to cover whatever you want to work on.
Introduction to the gym and weight training, circuit training, boxing & bodyweight workout, or something you can continue at home or wherever you want to exercise.
Four Sessions: $300
For those who want to be taken through a gym program they can continue without further supervision. We’ll go through a variation on either my Progressive Power, or Next Level movement based gym program, or whatever best suits your needs!
Choose either four sessions in one week, or two sessions a week for two weeks.
Six Sessions: $400
It’s just like four sessions, but two more! And even better value!
Ten Sessions: $500
For everyone who wants the best value, close attention and ongoing support and motivation!
We’ll be sure to cover a variety of exercises, go over a customised movement based program, nutrition, and anything else you need!
Please note:
Personal Training fees only, does not include gym membership.
Non members are required to pay $10 casual workout fee at Doherty’s Gym.
