Do they come any better than this?

Here’s a nice little post on my facebook page from a very happy customer, who got great results in a very short time with a program I wrote for her. This very same program is the basis of my brand new “No Bullshit, No Excuses” online personal training package that will be available soon right here.

Testimonials Do Not Get Much Better Than This

I’ve been long overdue to post some more testimonials on the blog, so here’s one that just came up – and yes, I asked permission first before I posted this!

My friend Carina lives interstate but trains with me once in a while when she’s in town (Brunswick, that is). If people can’t train with me regularly, I like to give them an exercise program that they can take home with them as well as some nutritional advice and encouragement.

If you view the large version of the pic you should be able to read the comment “props to you Dave, your tips work!” which of course is true my tips do work! Of course the real credit goes to the person actually putting in the effort to keep training and eating right to see great results like this, not to me just for giving some advice.

HOLY CRAP! This is so awesome Dave. I watched the push up one too and I thought it was great. I have never been able to do a proper squat but now I can learn! I look forward to the lunge video, I have lunge fail.
